Welcome to the House of Otem's Black Culture Fest.  On Saturday, June 24, 2023, we are going full force in celebration of the rich culture of the African Diaspora.  This event promises some of the best in music, entertainment, arts & crafts, dance, poetry, food & beverages, desserts & sweet treats, entertainment, fashion & accessories, health & beauty, education, business, services, and of course - networking.  This is a family affair open to all.
